Melis Bacaru

Melis Bacaru, born in 1986, studied classical art at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts faculty. During her studies, she also worked on stained glass in different studios and in her own studio. Her exposure to a wide variety of artwork made her a teacher for new generation artists helping them develop their art. After her graduation, she focused mainly on 1960’s pop art. Using glass and paint together, she created her very own mixed technique and applied it in her special style.
