Derin Öztürk

Derin Öztürk was born in 1988 in Adana. She did her education on Pattern Design. After Çukurova University Fine Arts department went to Politecnica de Valencia University, Arts and Humanities Programme.

After graduating, she worked in art galleries in Istanbul for various periods. Together with these experiences, she created her own originality in her paintings. She was influenced by the vitality of the illustration technique in her childhood and positioned her paintings in a more figurative universe.

She continues to convey her experiences on the way of spiritual awakening, using the vitality and energy of colors in her works.

The moods in her figures reflect her situation in the period she was in and she tells about her journey to struggle with this situation.

She uses the technique she created with the use of acrylic and marker in his works.
